Shipping

Production time
Every order is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days
before your order ships. This is in addition to transit time.

Transit time
United States: 3–7 business days after production.
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–12 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every US order. It is already included in the
price shown, so nothing is added at checkout — no minimum, no
threshold.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order
ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of
ordering, contact us.

Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If the address is
incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, we'll
reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. Please double-check
your address before ordering.

Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and
we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost
in transit, we'll replace it free.
